What information is required to get an accurate sea freight quotation?
To provide a precise quote, we require the following details:
- Port of Loading (POL) & Port of Discharge (POD)
- Detailed Picking Up and Delivery Addresses
- Commodity name, total weight, and volume (CBM)
- Applicable Incoterms (FOB, EXW, CIF, etc.)
How can I track my shipment?
We update you during every segment of the shipment's journey. We will provide the tracking website link, tracking number, and the real-time location of the vessel.
What are the standard payment terms?
Payment is prepaid. The total logistics and shipping fees must be paid before the goods depart from the loading port in China.
How do you manage shipments from multiple different vendors in China?
We recommend our consolidation service. We coordinate delivery times and choose the most suitable warehouse location to collect your goods from all vendors. Everything is consolidated into a single shipment at our warehouse, and we generate a single invoice and packing list for your customs clearance at the destination.
Do we need to clear customs multiple times at the destination for consolidated cargo?
No. We compile the consolidation documents (including the Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, AWB, and C/O) into a unified set, allowing you to complete customs entry all at once for your consolidated goods.
What advantages do your warehouses in China offer?
Our warehouses are strategically situated in main ports and airports across China (including Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Ningbo, and Qingdao). This reduces transit costs, avoids coordination mistakes, and offers you up to 7 days of free storage to ease your logistics planning.
