Regarding LCL shipments, do you charge based on CBM or KG?
In most cases, if the volumetric weight of your cargo is greater than the gross weight, we will charge you by CBM. If your gross weight is greater than the volumetric weight, we will charge you by KG.

When I choose DDP service, do I need to provide customs clearance information like a PI or EIN?
No, you do not need to provide anything for customs clearance. We will handle the entire clearance process for the goods under our name and deliver them directly to your final destination.

Can I get an MRN (EIN) under DDP shipping if required by UK e-commerce platforms?
No. If you require an MRN to complete UK e-commerce spot checks, you should select our DAP service instead. When you choose the DAP service, we can provide you with the MRN for your shipment.
